Food has always been the passion of head chef Gail Beckham. She
spends time reading about exotic spices, unique food combination, healthy food
tips and takes all these ingredients to create her own mouth-watering recipes.
Gail’s love for sailing facilitated a jump from land to sea.
She was hired chef making dishes on charter yachts. As her experience grew, she incorporated tutelage with her new craft. A trip to Paris to learn more about culinary pinned

From France,
she returned to New York
where catered for the private and corporate sectors. Palate-pleasing recipes
challenged her ability to conquer and perfect continental cuisine for parties of
all sizes and budgets.
After years of planning and discussions, gb catering finally
opened its doors in the summer of 2011 and wants to be your food provider at
that next event.
